定期病例分析性检测提高学生病理生理学考试成绩 被引量:4

摘要 在病理生理学本科生理论教学过程中设立多次病例分析性检测。选取两个自然班对比观察,授课教师每8学时给实验组布置一个典型临床病例分析,要求学生根据所学理论知识分析其具体发病机制。同时给对照组学生布置对应传统习题作业,答案直接来源于教材而不需综合分析。比较并分析两组学生的期末卷面考试成绩和总成绩,可以看出定期病例分析性检测可明显提高学生的期末考试成绩,对病理生理学教学有促进作用。 We set periodical-case analysis test in the process of pathophysiology teaching on medical undergraduates. Two natural classes were selected to be observed comparatively. In the treatment group, the teacher arranged a typical clinical case analysis every 8 class hours, students were required to analyze the specific pathogenesis according to the theoretical knowledge what they have learned in the class recently. Students in the control group were given the corresponding traditional problem assignments, but the answers came directly from their textbooks. It doesnt need comprehensive analysis. We compared and analyzed the final test scores and the total scores of two groups, which found that the periodical-case analysis test can obviously improve the students' final examination results and promote pathophysiology teaching.
