摘要
目的:评价百令胶囊联合缬沙坦治疗紫癜性肾炎的有效性和安全性。方法:紫癜性肾炎患者92例随机分为2组各46例,对照组给予常规激素、环磷酰胺治疗。治疗组在此基础上给予百令胶囊1.0 g,po,tid联合缬沙坦160 mg,po,qd。两组疗程均为6个月,观察两组治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量(Up)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、肾功能、血脂等指标的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率为69.6%,高于对照组的总有效率47.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后24 h Up、血Alb、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)等指标较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者均无危及脏器的严重不良反应发生。结论:百令胶囊联合缬沙坦可迅速减少蛋白尿,改善肾功能,纠正低蛋白血症。且耐受性良好,不良反应小。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bailing capsules combined with valsartan in the treatment of HenochSchonlein purpura nephritis.Method：Totally 92 cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis were randomly divided into 2 groups with 46 cases in each.The control group was given conventional hormone and cyclophosphamide and the treatment group was treated with Bailing capsules 1.0g,po,tid combined with valsartan 160mg,po,qd additionally.Both the two groups were treated for 6 months, and 24h urinary protein（Up）,serum albumin（Alb）,renal function,blood lipid indices and incidence of adverse reactions were observed before and after the treatment.Result：After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 69.6%,higher than that of the control group（47.9%） with statistically significant difference（P0.05）.24hUp,blood Alb,serum creatinine（Scr ） and blood urea nitrogen（BUN ） of the treatment group were significantly improved after the treatment（P 0.05） with statistically significant difference with those of the control group（P 0.05）.The patients in the treatment group showed no severe adverse reactions of endangering organs.Conclusion：Bailing capsules combined with valsartan can quickly reduce urinary protein,improve renal function and correct hypoproteinemia with good tolerance and less adverse reactions.
