靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉对老年颅内肿瘤患者术后认知功能影响对比 被引量:6

摘要 自的探讨靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉对老年颅内肿瘤患者术后认知功能的影响。方法回顾性分析我院自2010年1月-2012年1月择期手术的老年颅内肿瘤患者70例,分为A组和B组各35例。A组患者采取靶控静脉麻醉,B组患者采用静吸复合麻醉。观察老年患者在术前24h和术后24h、48h后认知功能的改变及影响。结果靶控静脉麻醉对患者术后24h的认知功能影响较小,且在术后48h认知功能较快恢复,对血压、心血管抑制发生率的影响较小,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论静吸复合麻醉与靶控静脉麻醉对老年颅内肿瘤患者术后认知功能有一定的影响,但靶控静脉麻醉对患者的影响较小,对临床治疗有积极作用。 Objective To compare the effect of target-controlled intravenous anesthesia and intravenous inhalation compound anesthesia on postoperative cognitive function in old patients with intracranial tumors. Methods 70 old patients who underwent intracranial operation from January 2010 to January 2012 were analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups: Group A with 35 patients received target-controlled intravenous anesthesia, and Group B with 35 patients received intravenous inhalation compound anesthesia. There was no significant difference in cognitive function between the two groups. We observed the changes of cognitive function 24 hours before the operation, 24 and 48 hours after the operation. Results The cognitive function of Group A changed a little (P〉0.05), and recovered quickly 48 hours after the operation (P〈0.05). Moreover, the target-controlled intravenous anesthesia had less influence on SBP, DBP, HR (P〈0.05). Conclusion The intravenous inhalation compound anesthesia and the target-controlled intravenous anesthesia have certain influence on postoperative cognitive function in patients with intracranial tumors. Compared with intravenous inhalation compound anesthesia, target-controlled intravenous anesthesia has less influence on the patients and plays a positive role in clinical treatment.
