中药药浴+窄谱UVB联合药物治疗寻常型银屑病疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨中药药浴+窄谱UVB照射联合药物治疗477例寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法我院对来院进行诊治的寻常型银屑病,依据寻常型银屑病的诊断标准及中医辩证分型标准进行分型。依据病情分型的不同,采用我院专家组精心研制的独特中药配方,中药药浴+窄谱UVB照射治疗,配合口服复方氨肽素片及辩证论治的中药煎服。结果 477例患者痊愈262例,显效168例,有效率为90.15%。观察疗效与皮损发病部位、临床分型有关,面部、颈部、躯干优于四肢,进行期优于静止期。结论提示中药药浴+窄谱UVB照射,内病外治,配合药物。特别是中医中药、科学组方、标本兼治,从多个环节有效作用于银屑病,具有协同效应,疗效好,复发率低。是一个值得推广的方法。 Objective To explore Chinese medicine medicated bath + narrow spectrum UVB irradiation combined drug therapy of 477 patients with psoriasis vulgaris curative effect. Methods To make a diagno- sis and give treatment to our courtyard of psoriasis vulgaris, according to diagnostic criteria with psoriasis vulgaris and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical parting standard parting. According to the condition of the different parting, using our expert group carefully developed unique traditional Chinese medicine formula, the medicated bath + narrow spectrum UVB exposure therapy, combined with oral compound ammonia peptide element pieces and dialectical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction suit. Results The 477 patients healed in 262 cases, 168 cases were markedly effective, effective rate was 90. 15%. To observe curative effect and skin disease position, clinical parting related, face, neck, and the trunk was better than that of limbs, active stage is better than the static period. Conclusion It prompts that Chinese medicine medicated bath + narrow spectrum UVB exposure, inner disease external treatment, with drugs. Especially in traditional Chinese medicine, scientific formula, the paper, from multiple link effective roles in psoriasis, it has cooperative and good curative effect, and the recurrence rate is low. It is worthy to be popularized.
