摘要
目的:探讨机械通气在救治重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法:选择笔者所在医院2010年9月-2012年9月确诊的重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭患者60例,将其中行机械通气治疗的32例患者做为观察组,同期给予纳洛酮和呼吸兴奋剂治疗的28例患者做为对照组,比较两组的治愈率、死亡率及治疗前后PaO2、PaCO2、pH的变化情况。结果:观察组的治愈率明显高于对照组,死亡率明显低于对照组。观察组的PaO2、PaCO2、pH较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机械通气救治重度有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭,死亡率低,治疗效果好,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanical ventilation in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure. Methods: In author's hospital diagnosed from September 2010 to September 2012 severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning caused 60 cases of patients with respiratory failure, set up a line of mechanical ventilation treatment of 32 patients in the observation group, over the same period, giving naloxone the respiratory stimulant treatment 28 patients established as a control group, the two groups were compared cure rates and mortality before and after treatment, PaO2, PaCO2, pH changes.Results: The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group. PaO2, PaCO2, pH of the observation group than in the control group improved more significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation in patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning of respiratory failure caused low mortality, good treatment effect, worthy of promotion and application.
