摘要
目的观察肝胆管结石手术患者采取围术期护理的效果。方法将本院2011年9月～2012年7月收治的86例肝胆管结石拟行手术患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,分别采取常规护理与围术期护理,比较两组患者临床护理效果及护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度为95.35%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝胆管结石手术患者采取围术期护理可明显提高患者手术成功率,促进患者术后恢复,值得推广和应用。
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing of bile duct stones. Methods Eighty-six patients with bile duct stones to do surgery in our hosoital from September 201 i to July 2012 were randomly divided into con- trol group and observation group, the control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given pe- rioperative nursing, and the clinical nursing effects and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 95.35%, it was signifieantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）; the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The perioperative nursing for patients with bile duct stones can significantly improve the success rate of surgery, promote postoperative recovery, which is worth to be promoted and applied in clinical.
