摘要
本文将知识网络分为内部和外部知识网络,利用来自于江苏省光伏企业中高层技术人员和管理者的211份调查问卷,实证分析了光伏企业技术创新绩效的影响因素。结果表明:内外部知识网络对光伏企业技术创新绩效有正向影响,内部影响略高于外部;技术能力在知识网络与光伏企业技术创新绩效之间起到部分中介作用;政府行为具有调节效应:政府研发补贴拉动企业研发投入,具有杠杆效应;电价补贴促进技术能力与技术创新绩效,具有驱动效应;而政府产业规划调节效应不显著。
Dividing the knowledge networks into internal and external knowledge networks, the paper carries on empirical analysis on technological innovation performance of photovohaic enterprises based on the 211 questionnaires of the high-level technical person- nel and managers from photovohaic enterprises of Jiangsu province. The result shows that both internal and external knowledge net- works have a positive effects on performance of technological innovation of PV enterprises, but the internal knowledge network has a stronger influence. The technical capability mediates an incomplete effect between knowledge networks and the perform- ance. Government behavior plays the role of moderating effect. Government R&D subsidy can strengthen the R&D investment of enter- prises. The electricity price subsidy can promote technical capability and innovation performance. But the moderating effect of industry planning isn't significant.
