比色法测定啤酒中二氧化硫的含量 被引量:5

摘要 介绍了以盐酸副玫瑰苯胺为显色剂测定啤酒中二氧化硫含量的方法。本法无需蒸馏 ,较简便。利用此方法对 2 2种国产啤酒样品进行了检测 ,其含量在 1~ 2 6mg/L。此方法具有较好的回收率与重复性 ,其回收率在 93 8%~ 1 0 1 1 %之间 ,而变异系数为 1 0 %。 A method using the acid decolorized para rosaniline as the color reagent for the determination of sulfur dioxide in beer was described The procedure was simple and involved no distillation Twenty two kinds of domestic beer samples were tested by this method and their concentrations ranged from 1mg/L to 26mg/L This method showed good recovery and repeatability The recoveries were 93 8% to 101 1% with the coefficient of variation of 1 0%
