摘要
各地投入使用的租赁型保障房日益增多,针对租赁型保障房小区后期运营中出现的管理混乱、租金及物业费收取困难和不符合条件的住户退出难等问题,从现实出发,尝试创建保障房小区敏捷管理模式,从系统角度详细阐述了小区敏捷管理模式及其组成要素,围绕该模式构造敏捷管理信息平台架构,并进一步从小区管理理念、管理组织和管理方式3个方面提出敏捷管理策略,为租赁型保障房小区运营管理提供新思路。
The number of the rental affordable housing that has been put into use is increasing and some problems in operation appear, such as management confusion, the difficulties of collection of the rent and property managment fee, lack of effective exit mechanism, etc. This paper makes an analysis of the problems and tries to create an agile management mode and architecture of management information platform. Management concept, management organization structure, and management style are put forward as agile management strategies. It provides new ideas to affordable housing management.
