摘要
随着经济全球化的不断深化,人才国际化的趋势愈发明显,加强博士后的国际化培养是当前博士后培养工作的迫切任务。本文阐述了博士后国际化培养的必要性和战略目标,针对目前博士后存在国际化程度不足因素,提出树立培养意识、搭建国际交流平台、营造宽松学术环境、完善后勤保障机制等提升博士后国际化水平的有效措施,以期造就更多具有国际化视野的战略型、创新型和复合型的高层次拔尖人才。
With the continuous deepening of economic globalization, the internationalization of tal ent cultivation is becoming inevitable and it is urgent to internationalize the postdoctoral training. This paper first elaborates upon the necessity and strategic objectives for international postdoctoral training. Then, in response to the current low level of internationalization in postdoctoral training, it proposes measures such as fostering awareness, building a platform for international exchange, creating a relaxed academic environment, and improving the logistics support mechanism. The paper has implications for postdoctoral training and talent cultivation.
