摘要
在教师专业化命题成为教育学领域一种共识之后,而作为实现教师专业化的主渠道———教师培训,其专业化问题则成为新的关注点。本文藉由对目前教师培训现状和问题的分析,依托方法学、心理学、社会学、管理学、教育学等多学科的理论,梳理出教师培训的十大核心要素:对象变量要素、需求评价要素、主题设计要素、理论建构要素、内容生成要素、过程互动参与要素、任务驱动要素、团队建设要素、效果评价要素、项目管理要素。
After building the common view of the teacher professionalization, the professionalization of teacher training, which is the main approach to promote teacher professionalization, has become the new focus. Through the analyzing of the status quo and problems of teacher training, the ten key elements of teacher training are concluded based on multi-subject theories: object variables; need assessment; topic design; theory construction; content creating; inactive process ; task-ori- ented; team building; effeet assessment.
