摘要
近几年来,钢管混凝土结构被越来越多地应用于高层建筑中,它表现出来的优点和发挥的作用倍受重视。但是目前钢管混凝土在施工方面还没有专门的规范进行指导,在一定程度上也阻碍了其发展和推广。通过分析钢管内核心混凝土柱的关键施工流程,采用ISO9000族标准质量管理的过程方法,制定其在实施中具体的质量控制方案。通过加强施工的过程质量管理,达到钢管中核心混凝土满足浇筑质量要求的目的。
In recent years, concrete -filled steel tubular structure has been widely used in modern construc- tions and attention has been drawn to its benefits and functional advantages. However, a lack of specifications and standards that guide the construction of concrete - filled steel tubular structure has hampered the popular use of this kind of structure to a certain extent. In this paper, "a process method," which is put forward in IS0 9000 Quality Management System Standards, is applied to ensure the product quality by controlling the pouring process. Key quality management steps are identified and quality check criteria for each step are spec- ified. A total quality management protocol is proposed at the end. Implementing the protocol, the pouring quality of core concrete is expected to be assured.
