摘要
作为软体动物门中不可或缺的类群,头足类的生物学研究价值和经济效益也日渐突出。如今由于对头足类的捕捞和养殖力度的加大,出现了其种质资源量的严重下降。近年来,随着生化及分子生物学技术的兴起,辅以传统生物学分类手段,可以实现对其资源量的合理利用、恢复头足类种质资源以及其遗传多样性。本文简要描述了传统分类和分子系统学分类的发展现状以及在头足类相关支系分类的研究进展,并对头足类的系统发生学的发展作了展望。
Cephalopods, as a kind of species which is indispensable in Mollusca, has becoming rather valuable in recent biological research and has made a large amount of economic benefits. In recent years, with the fast development of the Cephalopods' breeding and harvesting, we have witness a huge decrease of it's germplasm resources. Nowadays, by using the method of biochemistry and molecular biology, and supplied with the traditional taxonomy method, in this case can we rationally utilize the resources of different species, recover the germplasm resources anti genetic diversity of the Cephalopods. These studies of current status of traditional taxonomy, molecular biology, phylogenetics, and together with their research progress on summed up in this review.
