摘要
磁共振血管成像是一种较新的、无创的血管成像技术,其基本成像原理是流动相关增强效应和相位改变效应,具有无辐射、便捷、价格低廉的优势,随着磁共振血管成像技术的不断改进,在缺血性脑血管疾病的筛查、早期诊断中充分展示了其优势。本文对磁共振血管成像的原理、优缺点以及临床应用的新进展进行综述。
Magnetic resonance angiography is a relatively new and noninvasive vascular imaging technique,of which the basic imaging principle is flow-related enhancement effect and phase change effect,having the advantages of no radiation,convenience and low cost.As the magnetic resonance angiography imaging technique continues to improve,it fully demonstrates its advantages in the screening and early diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.This pa per summarizes the principle,strengths and weaknesses,and new progress of clinical application of the magnetic reso nance angiography.
