摘要
重庆某高硫铝土矿石中主要含铝矿物为一水硬铝石,主要含硫矿物为黄铁矿,铝硅比仅为4.73。对该矿石脱硫降硅提铝工艺技术条件进行了研究。结果表明,采用1次粗浮选选硫,2粗3精1精扫、中矿顺序返回浮铝土矿流程处理该矿石,最终获得了Al2O3品位为65.81%、含硫0.42%、铝硅比为9.09、Al2O3回收率为77.88%的铝土矿精矿,副产品硫精矿硫品位为22.13%、回收率为82.69%、Al2O3含量为32.94%、回收率为5.15%。
In a Chongqing high sulfur bauxite, the main aluminum-containing mineral is diaspore, sulfur-containing mineral is pyrite and the ratio of A1-Si is only 4.73%. The technical conditioning tests on sulfur removal, silicon decrease and aluminum increase were made. The results show that bauxite concentrate with Al2O3 grade of 65.81%, S giadc of 0. 42%, Al-Si ratio of 9.09, and Al2O3 recovery of 77.88% was ultimately obtained by the flow-sheet processes of one roug- hing floatation for sulfur concentration, two roughings, three cleanings and one scavenging and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn. The byproduct sulfur concentrate with S grade of 22.13% ,S recovery of 82.69% ,Al2O3 content of 32.94% and the recovery rate of 5.15% was achieved.
