农用高吸水树脂在尿素溶液中的溶胀行为

摘要 以木薯淀粉、丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为原料,合成可降解农用高吸水树脂。以重量法研究树脂在不同浓度、pH值和温度尿素溶液中的溶胀行为。结果表明,中性条件下,树脂的平衡溶胀随尿素浓度的增大而轻微下降,符合一级溶胀动力学,尿素溶液在树脂中呈异常扩散行为;酸性和碱性都不利于树脂在尿素溶液中的溶胀;升高温度能提高树脂的溶胀速率,但降低树脂的溶胀率。 The agricultural super absorbing polymer with biodegradability was synthesized by cassava starch, acrylic acid and acrylamide. The swelling behaviour of the polymer in urea solution with different concentration, pH and tempera- ture were studied by gravimetric method. The results showed that equilibrium swelling of the polymer in neutral medium slightly decreased with the increase of concentration of urea, and the swelling processes exhibited first-order dynamics and anomalous swelling behaviour. The swelling was restricted in acidic and alkaline medium. The swelling ratio of the polymer was decreased as increase of temperature, in contrast, the swelling rate was increased.
