摘要
目的:初步探索认知疗法对提升恶劣心境障碍大学生心理韧性的效果。方法:1例恶劣心境障碍大学生接受连续9周、每周一次的认知治疗。采用青少年心理韧性量表、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表和领悟社会支持量表在干预前、干预后和干预后3个月对患者分别实施测评,并收集患者的主观报告。结果:患者经过干预后,心理韧性水平提高,同时抑郁、焦虑水平下降。自我报告治疗后社会支持感提高,生活满意度提高,其效果在干预结束后三个月内的跟踪期间仍保持稳定。结论:认知治疗对有效地提升恶劣心境障碍患者的心理韧性存在一定的可能性,但未来仍需更多的实证研究来证实。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cognitive therapy on resilience for one college student with dysthemic disorder.Methods: A dysthemic disorder college student received the 9 week and 9 time cognitive therapy.The Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA) developed by Hu Yueqin et al were completed pre and post treatment and at a 3 month follow up.Results: Data indicated that RSCA and PSSS were significantly increased,emotion related scores in SDS,SAS were significantly reduced from pre to post intervention,and better life and self satisfaction were reported by the student.These improvements maintained at 3 month follow up.Conclusion: Cognitive threrapy may be helpful to increase resilience for dysthemic disorder patients,however,more empirical studies are needed in the future of this area.
