摘要 目的探讨低频电刺激对急性脑梗死患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法 100例急性脑梗死患者随机被分为低频电刺激组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予神经内科常规药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用低频电刺激治疗14 d。采用神经功能缺失(NIHSS)评分、生活质量(Barther指数)评分和简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分,评定两组患者疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的神经功能均有恢复,但治疗组的生活质量(Barther指数)评分和简易Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分高于时照组(P<0.05)。结论低频电刺激治疗组与对照组比较,对脑梗死患者肢体运动功能的恢复有较好的治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of low frequency electric stimulation (LFES) at bilateral mastoid processes (BMP) in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods One hundred patients with ACI were randomly divided into control group (n = 50 ) and LFES group (n = 50). All patients were treated with routine drugs, patients in LFES group received additional LFES at BMP for 14 d. The recovery of neurological function was evaluated with National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Barther Index (BI) and the Fugl-Meyer motor assessment (FMA). Results The neurological function in both groups were improved after 14 d of treatment; however, the BI and FMA scores in LFES group were higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The additional treatment of LFES at BMP may promote the recovery of neurological function in ACI patients.
