摘要 目的探讨高度近视患者眼压测量的影响因素。方法对17~53岁高度近视患者258例465只眼,测量角膜曲率、屈光度、中央角膜厚度(central corneal thickness,CCT)、眼压(intraocular pressure,IOP)(Goldmann压平眼压计测量)及眼轴长度,分析IOP测量值的影响因素。结果高度近视眼的IOP与年龄、屈光度、角膜曲率均无相关性(P值均>0.05),与CCT、眼轴长度呈正相关(r=0.507、0.11,P值分别=0.00、0.018)。分别以CCT、眼轴长度为自变量X,IOP为因变量Y,得出的直线回归方程分别是Y=-8.376+0.043X(F=160.40,P=0.000)和Y=7.817+0.275X(F=5.633,P=0.018)。结论高度近视患者CCT和眼轴长作为IOP测量值的影响因素,对于正确评估和判断实际IOP值具有重要的临床指导意义。 Objective To investigate the factors influencing the intraocular pressure (IOP) in high myopic patients. Methods The IOP of 465 eyes in 258 high myopic patients aged 17 to 53 years were measured by Goldmann tonometer; the central corneal thickness (CCT), curvature, diopter and axial length were also measured. The factors influencing the lOP values were analyzed. Results The IOP of high myopic patients was not associated with ages, diopter or curvature, but was positively correlated with CCT and axial length ( r =0.507 and 0.11 ,P =0.00 and 0.018, respectively) ,with the linear regression equations of Y = - 8. 376 + 0.043X and Y = 7.817 + 0. 275X respectively. Conclusion The study suggests that the IOP is related to CCT and axial length, which has important clinical implication in evaluating actual IOP.
