摘要
系统梳理了现有关于企业技术创新能力评价的研究成果,总结出企业技术创新能力评价的三种视角分别是基于创新能力构成要素视角、基于投入—过程—产出视角、基于创新能力系统视角。在此基础上对现有评价研究存在的局限性作出深入分析,指出理论成果若用于指导企业技术创新能力评价实践会存在问题,并对未来的企业技术创新能力评价研究和开展实际评价工作提出有益的建议。
The paper is a literature review on technology innovation capability assessment of firm. First, it explains two concepts of technology＂ innovation and technology innovation capability. Second, it classifies the present assessment on tech- nology innovation capability assessment of firm into three perspectives, including innovation capability constituents, input - process - output and innovation capability system. Third, it points out the significant problems of the present literature, and analyzes why the present results cannot be used effectively in the practical assessment. Finally, it makes some suggestions for people to assess technology innovation caDabilitv of firm.
