摘要
烟苗移栽是烟叶生产的关键工序之一。目前烟苗栽培大都为人工移栽,费工费时、劳动强度大、劳动效率低。针对这种情况,对移栽机的关键部件进行设计和PRO/E建模,研制出新型的自走式移栽机。该机具对于减轻烟农的劳动强度、提高烟叶生产效率、降低烟叶生产成本具有重要意义。
Transplanting is the core process in tobacco production. Nowadays tobacco seedling cultivation is mostly conducted manually, consuming too much time and labor and with low-efficiency. In view of this situation, a self-propelled transplanting machine was invented. The key components of the transplanting machine were designed anti PRO/E modeled. It has a very important significance in reducing the labor intensity of farmers, improving the efficiency of tobacco production and reducing the cost of the tobacco production.
