摘要
晃车病害显著影响列车的舒适性与安全性,但其成因复杂、检测困难,整治尚无有效手段。本文首先分析了晃车产生的机理,认为对于晃车点的整治,关键在于对多波连续不平顺及长波不平顺的控制;其次,介绍了0级轨道检查仪的特性;在此基础上,利用0级轨道检查仪的精测模式,对某客运专线的晃车病害进行整治。回检效果显示,该技术方案可有效地诊断病害处所并能合理地制订整治方案,为今后的客运专线轨道养护提供了技术思路。
The default of hunting motion is one of the greatest factors influencing riding comfort and security of passenger dedicated line(PDL).But owning to the complicated causes of formation and difficulty of detection,there is no proven solution for the adjustment of hunting motion.Primarily,the mechanism of the forming hunting motion was analyzed in this paper,and the authors argued that: the key point of hunting motion adjustment is in the control of long-wave and multi-wave irregularities;then,the novel characters of L-0 track survey trolley was introduced;on this base,a method of hunting motion adjustment which is based on L-0 track survey trolley was introduced.Utilized the precise model of L-0 track survey trolley,a field trial for hunting motion adjustment was carry out in PDL.The result shows that,this method could effectively eliminate the disease of hunting motion.
