摘要
以氯乙酰氯酯化的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,用三苯基膦对其进行了季鏻化改性,红外光谱图对其进行结构表征,得到一种季鏻盐型阳离子聚乙烯醇抗菌剂.考察了不同反应温度、反应时间及反应物配比对产率的影响.实验结果表明,在反应温度为110℃,反应时间为24h,酯化PVA与三苯基膦的摩尔比为1:3时,接枝率可达18.2%.抗菌性测试表明杀菌剂用量为12mg/mL时,2h后对大肠杆菌的抗菌率可达100%.
Starting from polyvinyl alcohol esterificated by 2--chloroacetyl chloride, a new qua- ternary phosphonium cationic polyvinyl alcohol was synthesized and characterized by IR spectrosco- py. The corresponding preparation conditions including reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of triphenyl phosphine to esterification modified polyvinyl alcohol were optimized. Under the optimized condition,the grafting ratio of phosphonium cations reached a maximum of 18.2 %. The bactericidal activity experiments were conducted with Escherichia coli, and the bactericidal percentage for the prepared quaternary phosphonium cationic polyvinyl alcohol was up to 100% at the level of 12mg/ mL in 2h.
