摘要
本文借助Hansen(1999)的"门槛面板回归模型"考察影响政府R&D资助从而对企业技术创新产生差异的影响因素。首先,检验政府R&D资助企业技术创新的有效性,结果表明政府R&D资助效果显著。在此基础上,利用门槛回归模型检验了影响政府R&D资助效果的企业规模等因素的门槛特征以及引发积极效果的门槛水平,结果表明政府R&D资助强度、企业规模、企业技术水平和产权类型均与政府R&D资助的效果呈现出"倒U型"关系,而企业绩效对政府R&D资助的效果呈现递增趋势。因此,政府在制定资助政策和选择资助对象时,应充分考虑到企业发展的不平衡性,并根据由此带来的资助效果差异采取不同的措施。
With the help of Hansen's(1999) "threshold panel regression model", this paper examines the factors that in- fluence government R&D subsidy which exerts different impact on enterprise technology innovation. Putting government R&D subsidy into Cobb-Douglas knowledge production function, this thesis conducts a test of government subsidy's validity, results show government funding plays a significant role. On this basis, the paper uses a threshold regression model to further test threshold characteristics of effect factors such as enterprise scale, corporate performance, technological level, property rights that influence government funding and measure threshold level of positive effect, results show when enterprise's comprehensive strength reaches a certain threshold, government subsidy'effect will be given full play.
