甜菜品种资源数据库的相关关系发掘算法设计 被引量:3

摘要 研究了类似甜菜种质资源数据库的科学数据库中的相关关系挖掘 ,提出了一个统一的相关关系概念 ,数据库中的描述属性和统计属性可转化成逻辑字段以便在统一的框架中以一种统一的方法进行知识发现运算 ,算法复杂性大为降低。 This paper studied the associated relation mining in science database such as the sugar beet germplasm database.The paper submitted a uniform associated relation and relative concepts.The descriptive and statistical attributes could be transformed to logic field so as to process knowledge discovery in a uniform frame with a uniform method.The algorithm complexity gets greatly reduced.
