摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及电子万能拉伸实验机等设备,研究了保温时间对镁合金压铸组织及性能的影响。结果表明:伴随着保温时间增加,固相率减小,初生颗粒尺寸增大;随着保温时间增加,拉伸性能逐步增加,在保温时间为90 min时,压铸样的拉伸强度最低,130 min时,压铸样的拉伸性能达到最大。
The effects of holding time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy die castings were researched by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy and electronic universal testing machine. The results show that the solid phase rate decreases and the particle size increases with the increase of holding time. The tensile strength of casting samples is minimum at the holding time of 90 min, tensile properties gradually increase with the increase of holding time, the tensile properties of castings reach the maximum when holding time for 130 min.
