摘要
目的 :考察不同产地丹参种内 3种丹参酮含量变异。方法 :采用超声提取结合 HPL C法对全国 8个主产地的丹参脂溶性部分中丹参酮 A、隐丹参酮及丹参酮 进行了含量测定。 结果 :3种丹参酮含量范围分别为 :丹参酮 A 0 .10 %~0 .40 %、隐丹参酮 0 .0 4%~ 0 .46 %、丹参酮 0 .0 3%~ 0 .15 % ,且隐丹参酮及丹参酮 在药材中的含量并不完全与丹参酮 A的含量呈正相关。 结论 :丹参酮 A、隐丹参酮及丹参酮 含量分别以四川中江、辽宁凌源和山东平邑所产的丹参最高 ,以上海崇明所产的丹参上述 3项指标最低。
Objective: To investigate the content variety of 3 kinds of tanshinone among intraspecies of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Methods: HPLC method was applied to measure the liposoluble contents of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Results: The contents of tanshinone ⅡA, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅰ ranged from 0.10% 0.40%, 0.04% 0.46% and 0.03% 0.15%, respectively. The contents of these 3 components were not always in positive correlation. Conclusion: The highest contents of tanshinone ⅡA, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅰ are the products of Zhongjiang Sichuan, Lingyuan Liaoning and Pingyi Shandong. The sample of Chongming Shanghai has the lowest content of these 3 ingredients. [
