摘要
蓝莓果实采摘的最终目的是使采摘时所产生的振动力能够实现蓝莓果实与蓝莓树枝的分离,故蓝莓植株振动模型建立的目标就是求解与蓝莓果实相连的蓝莓树枝所产生的振动响应输出,并据此计算出所产生采摘力,使其大于实际测得的果实采摘力。得到采摘所需的临界响应输出以及相应的最小激振力,为设计采摘机械结构、确定采摘参数和采摘策略提供理论基础。
The ultimate goal of picking blueberry fruit is to make the vibration force that can achieve the separation of blueberry fruit and blueberry branches,so the goal of building vibration model is to solve vibration response output between blueberry branches and the fruit of blueberry and to calculate the picking force which is greater than the actual measured fruit picking force.So the required critical response output for picking and minimum excitation force can be obtained.The paper has provided a theoretical basis for the design of picking mechanical structure,determining the picking parameters and picking strategy.
