摘要
随着对团队创造力研究的深入,团队创造力内涵研究经历了从个体特征到群体合成特征转变的历程。该文从团队构成、团队过程以及团队氛围三个视角对团队创造力影响因素进行梳理,通过对相关研究主要文献的综合分析,提出团队创造力影响因素未来的可能研究方向。
This paper has combed and analyzed the impacting aspects of the team creativity from the perspectives of the team composition, team process and team climate, and puts forward the would-be future research guide of the impacting factors of the team creativity.
