摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法对相关资料进行分析和对有关专家进行访谈,根据高校高水平运动队的培养目标,对构建独立学院高水平运动队进行理论分析,实现独立学院高水平运动队管理改革的创新,旨为对独立学院高水平运动队管理改革提供有益的参考和指导,推动其高水平运动队的良性发展,为提高独立学院高水平运动队竞技水平献计献策;为职能领导部门制定方针和对策,为我国高校高水平运动队的健康发展提供理论依据。同时,对培养我国高校优秀竞技体育人才,提高我国体育人才的整体素质,推动我国高校竞技运动水平的不断提高,实现我国竞技体育发展的需要具有重要的理论和实践意义。
The improvement and development of athletic sport in universities is the strong support for our country to real- ize the strategic objective of a world sports power. The cultivation of a competitive and knowledgeable sports talents is the tendency of our future athletic sports development, with the analysis of documents on relative references and interviews with the experts, this paper puts forward useful reference and guidance on management reform of high-level sports teams in college,and provides theoretical and practical suggestions on ensuring the sound development as well as improving the sports in independent colleges,based on the training goal of high-level sports teams and the theoretical analysis of the es- tablishment of high-level sports teams in independent colleges. It offers theoretical reference on keeping healthy develop- ment of high-level sports team for colleges as well as making policy and attaching great importance to the cultivation of sports talent for, colleges, and promotion of college sports, and guarantee of competitive sports for country.
