摘要
目的 :探讨高压电烧伤的诊断及治疗。方法 :通过对 38例高压电烧伤患者进行全面诊断 ,全身抗休克 ,抗感染 ,创面处理 ,掌握截肢的适应症。结果 :截肢 15例 ,2 1个肢体 ,死亡 4例。 34例创面愈合。结论 :高压电烧伤致残率高 ,并发症多 。
Objective:To seek a reliable and practical method of diagnosis and treatment for high voltage elecrical injuries.Methods:Review the experience of treathe 38 cases of high voltage electrical injuries including antishock,prevent infection,wound management and the implication of amprtation.Results:Among 38 cases ,21 limbs were amputated(15 cases).4 patients were dead.34 cases was treated succesfully.Conclusion:Amputation rote was high in high voltage electrical injuries.
