摘要
目的探讨研究全程护理告知程序对产科健康教育的促进作用,以了解其在产科的应用价值。方法选取2011年6月-2012年5月于深圳市人民医院进行生产的420例产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各210例,对照组的产妇进行常规的护理,观察组的产妇则在对照组的基础上采用全程护理告知程序进行干预,后将两组产妇护理前后的母乳喂养自我效能、相关知识掌握程度及相关技能掌握程度进行统计及比较。结果护理后观察组的母乳喂养自我效能评分高于对照组,相关知识掌握程度及相关技能掌握程度优良率均高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论全程护理告知程序可有效改善产科健康教育效果,可有效改善产妇的综合状态。
Objective To study the promoting effect of whole nursing inform procedure in obstetrics heahh education, in order to understand the its application value in Department of Obstetrics. Methods 420 puerperants in our hospital from June 2011 to May 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 210 ca- ses in each group,the control group were intervened with routine nursing, the observation group were intervened with whole nurs- ing inform procedure based on the nursing of control group, then the breast self feeding efficiency, mastering degree of related knowledge and related skills of two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results The breast self feeding efficiency score of observation group after the nursing were higher than those of control group ,the mastering excellent and good rate of relat- ed knowledge and related skills were all higher than those of control group too, with all P 〈 0.05,there were all significant differ- ences. Conclusion The whole nursing inform procedure can effectively improve the effect of obstetrics health education, and it can effectively improve the comprehensive state of puerperants.
