摘要
采用索氏提取和超声波提取两种方法进行尾巨桉(DH32-29)叶片脂肪酸的提取,并利用GC-MS技术分析脂肪酸成分。结果表明:两种提取法均检出尾巨桉叶片含6种脂肪酸,其中4种饱和脂肪酸,分别为十四酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸;2种多不饱和脂肪酸,为亚油酸和α-亚麻酸;各成分含量均以α-亚麻酸、棕榈酸、亚油酸为主;索氏法提取粗脂肪酸的提取率(7.64%)高于超声波法(6.12%);索氏法提取的多不饱和脂肪酸成分占提取粗脂总量的21.30%,主要为亚油酸(20.67%)和α-亚麻酸(0.63%)。
The fatty acids in Eucalyptus urophylla ~ E. grandis ( DH32_29 ) leaves were extracted by two methods ( Soxhlet ex- traction and ultrasonic extraction), and its compositions were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that there were six kinds of fatty acids, four of them were saturated fatty acids, tetradecanoate, hexadecanoic acid, octadecanoic acid and eico- sanoic acid, two of them were polyunsaturated fatty acids, ( Z, Z, Z) -9,12,15 -octadecatrienoic acid and ( Z, Z) -9,12- octadecadienoic acid, and the main fatty acids were (Z, Z, Z) -9,12,15 -octadecatrienoic acid, hexadecanoic acid, and ( Z, Z) -9,12-octadecadienoic acid. Extraction rate of Soxhlet method (7.64%) was higher than that of ultrasonic extrac- tion (6.12%) significantly. The polyunsaturated fatty acids was accounting for 21.30% of total extraction by Soxhlet ex- traction, which were mainly ( Z, Z) -9,12-octadecadienoic acid ( 20.67 % ) and ( Z, Z, Z ) -9,12,15 -octadecatrienoic acid (0.63%).
