摘要 目的 :观察颈椎椎体间融合器 ( BAK)用于颈椎前路减压后椎体间固定和融合效果。方法 :采用 BAK行颈椎病及颈椎间盘突出症前路减压术后椎体间融合术 64例。术后颈椎 X线片及 CT检查 ,观察手术椎节的稳定性和融合情况。结果 :随访 6~ 2 8个月。术后次日即下床活动 ,手术节段稳定 ,术后 3~ 6个月融合。结论 :BAK颈椎椎体间固定融合技术使施术椎节立即稳定 ,手术安全简便 ,并且避免了自体植骨引起的多种并发症 。 Objective: To observe the effect of BAKs for the cervical interbody fusion after anterior decompression. Methods: Sixty four patients with cervical spondylosis and disc herniation were stabilized using BAK technique after anterior decompression. X ray films and CT were taken after operation to observe the stability and fusion of the segments. Results: The patients were mobilized the next day after operation. The patients were followed up for 6 months to 28 months. The operated segments were stable and solid fusion was observed 3 6 months after operation. Conclusion: The immediate stability of the operated segments can be obtained by BAK technique. The BAK technique is safe and simple and has no complications of autograft. It may be an alternative for the traditional fusion with bone graft.
