摘要
生物菌肥的施用对稻米营养品质的提高具有较强的促进作用 ;蛋白质、脂肪、氨基酸和微量元素的含量均比使用纯化肥的对照组稻米有显著提高。讨论了生物菌肥所含有机态高级营养成份与稻米营养品质的关系 ;认为菌肥中均衡。
It is obvious that the nutrient quality of rice can be raised by using microbial fertilizer. Compared with the rice just using chemical fertilizer, the percent of crude protein, crude fat, amino acid and microelement promote more. The relation between the composition of organic nutrition in microbial fertilizer and the quality of rice is discussed. Keeping the balanced nutrition for rice and providing continuously a part of high class nutrient factors on a level are the most important reasons of increasing the quality of rice.
