摘要
应用模式研究发酵研究了种子菌龄、接种量、通气量对金针菇 (Flammulinavelu tipes)液体发酵菌丝体产量的影响。最佳发酵条件为 :摇瓶种子菌龄 4~ 7d ,种子罐菌龄 4 8h ,接种量 15%,通气量前 4 8h为 1∶1V/V/min ,后 4 8h为 1∶1.5V/V/min ,发酵时间 96h。干菌丝体产量可高达 4 8.38g/L。
The effects of spawn age, inoculating rate and aerating rate on mycelial yield of Flammulina velutipes under submerged culture were studied. TS-O model research fermentor was used in this study. It was proved in our study that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows: 4~7d for shaking bottle spawn age, 48h for seed tank age, 15% inoculation rate, 1∶1 aerating rate for the first 48h of fermentation process and 1∶1.5 aerating rate for the late 48h of fermentation process, controlling the fermentation temperature at 25℃, the fermentation period at 96h, the stirring speed at 240r/min, the medium loading rate at 70% and the pressure at 0.05 MPa for the fermentation tank. Under the optimum fermentation conditions,the mycelial yield could reach as high as 48.38g/L.
