摘要
月季叶园片经含H2 SeO3水溶液黑暗培养 4d表明 ,加Se可降低叶园片MDA含量 ,维持还原糖及Chl含量 ,降低POD活性 0 1~ 0 5mg/LSe使叶圆片可溶性蛋白含量及CAT活性高于对照 ,0 1~ 0 2mg/LSe处理 ,SOD活性较高 。
Experiments with isolated rose leaf discs cultured in Se solution in dark for 4 d showed that Se decreased MDA content and POD activity, and inhibited the decrease of reducing sugar and chlorophyll. 0.1~0.5 mg/L Se increased soluble protein content and CAT activity, 0.1~0.2 mg/L Se promoted SOD activity and retarded the increase of plasmalemma permeability.
