摘要
目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的护理要点,减少不良反应的发生。方法回顾性分析NB-UVB治疗56例寻常型银屑病的临床资料和护理措施。结果 NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病患者中,治愈20例,显效29例,有效4例,无效3例,有效率达94.64%。并且相对较安全,不良反应少。主要的护理措施包括银屑病患者的心理护理,NB-UVB治疗过程的防护和治疗期间的观察、健康指导等。结论短期疗效满意,相对较安全,不良反应少。注重治疗过程的防护和健康指导可保证治疗效果。
Objective Investigating the nursing points in narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data and nursing measures of NB-UVB treatment in 56 cases of psoriasis vulgaris.Result Among NBUVB treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients,20 cases were cured,29 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the effective rate is 94.64%.NB-UVB is relatively safe,less adverse reactions.The main measures of care,include psychological care of psoriasis patients,NB-UVB protection and treatment during the observation of the course of treatment,and health guidance.Conclusion Short-term results were satisfactory and relatively safe,less adverse reactions.Focus on the protection of the course of treatment and health guidance to ensure that the treatment effect.
