二甲基亚砜皮肤试验评价自我感知性敏感性皮肤血管反应性

摘要 目的:探讨二甲基亚砜(DMSO)皮肤试验用于评价自我感知性敏感性皮肤(SPSS)血管反应性的可能性。方法:对SPSS受试者进行乳酸刺痛试验及98%DMSO试验。根据乳酸刺痛分数进行分组并比较各组人群DMSO临床评分及多普勒血流量的差异性。结果:根据乳酸评分将受试者分为组0[(0.22±0.12)分]、组1[(1.84±0.70)分】和组2[(5.12±1.33)分]。组2与组0相比,临床评分和多普勒血流量在30 min及60 min时差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与组1相比,60 min时血流量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SPSS中乳酸刺痛试验分数高者血管反应性较强,98%DMSO刺激试验有助于对SPSS血管反应性的评价。 Objective: To determine the role of Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) test for evaluation of skin angioneurotic reaction of self-perceived sensitive skin (SPSS). Methods: Sixty SPSS volunteers were recruited for lactic acid sting test (LAST) and 98% DMSO test. According to the LAST scoring, the volunteers were grouped and the clinical visual score and blood flow val- ues obtained from DMSO test were analyzed. Results: The blood flow values of group 2 [(5.12±l.33)score] were significantly higher than group 0 [(0.22±0.12) score] no matter in which observation time (P〈0.05) and at 60min, there was a high difference of blood flow values between group 2 and group 1 [(1.84±0.70) score] (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: In SPSS, persons with a high LAST score has a hyper-angioneurotic reaction and DMSO test could be useful to evaluate the angioneurotie reaction of SPSS.
