摘要
借助宏观形貌、力学试验、金相显微镜及扫描电镜对冷拔25Mn去应力退火态下的微观组织及性能进行了分析。结果表明,退火态材料的塑性和韧性比未退火时有较大提高,获得较好的综合性能。金相显示未退火态组织中存在大量的破碎小晶粒,而退火态铁素体晶粒均匀,形貌圆钝。拉伸断口形貌均是准解理断裂,残余应力表现为拉应力,退火态的明显低于未退火态。
Microstructure and mechanical properties of 25Mn under stress relieving annealing were studied by means of macrostructure morphology, mechanical property test, metallographic microscope and SEM. The results show that toughness and ductility are improved obviously and the excellent synthetic properties are gained under stress relieving annealing. There are a lot of small smashing grains without annealing, but the grains are homogeneous and smooth with annealing. The tensile fracture surfaces both are quasi-cleavage crack. The residual stresses is tensile stress, which is less with annealing than without annealing.
