结直肠癌患者癌组织中IL-17A和IL-17F的表达及意义 被引量:6

Expression and Significance of IL-17A and IL-17F in Human Colorectal Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨结直肠癌患者癌组织中IL-17A和IL-17F的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测88例术前未行放疗或化疗的结直肠癌手术患者癌组织中IL-17A和IL-17F的表达水平,并分析其与发病年龄、性别、组织学分型、TNM临床分期以及淋巴结转移的关系。结果:IL-17A和IL-17F的表达水平,癌组织均较癌旁组织显著增高[IL-17A:(17.03±5.87)%比(2.34±1.27)%;IL-17F:(15.03±6.41)%比(2.70±1.58)%,P<0.05],与患者年龄、性别、组织学类型无明显相关性(P>0.05),但与分化程度、肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌患者癌组织中IL-17A、IL-17F高表达,二者与结直肠癌的发生发展密切相关。 Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of IL-17A and IL-17F in colorectal carcinoma.Methods: The IL-17A and IL-17F levels were detected with immunohistochemistry in 88 cases of colorectal cancer patients who did not receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The relationship between IL-17A/IL-17F expression and the related factors such as patients’ age,gender,histological types,TNM clinical stages and lymph node metastasis were analyzed.Results: The expression of IL-17A and IL-17F in cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in para-neoplastic tissues(P〈 0.05). There were no significant correlation between the expression levels and the age,gender,histological types(P〈0.05),but IL-17A/IL-17F expression was closely associated with TNM clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(P〈 0.05).Conclusion: The IL-17A and IL-17F are highly expressed in colorectal cancer and they are associated with the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
