肝尾状叶癌破裂出血休克成功抢救一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男，38岁，因“腹痛2d，肝尾叶肿瘤破裂出血抢救8h”由外院转入。患者2d前因突发腹痛在当地查CT提示“肝尾状叶肿瘤破裂出血”（图1），8h前在外院手术治疗。术中见腹腔积血约2500ml，肿瘤位于尾状叶，破口2cm×2cm，活动性出血。
