摘要
以某地三甲医院构建区域医疗中心的实践为例,从SWOT分析入手,确定中心建设的基本战略,并逐步实施,达成了战略规定的基本目标,取得了社会与经济效益的双丰收。提出医院构建区域医疗中心必须对自身的优势、劣势以及发展面临的机遇与挑战进行清晰分析,一忌没有发展思路或片面、空洞的思路;二忌把医院发展等同区域医疗中心发展;三忌缺乏预见性和前瞻性布局,导致被动跟风、重复建设等。
The paper discussed the practice of building regional medical center by tertiary hospitals, started from SWOT a- nalysis to determine the central building as basic strategic, gradual implementation of the basic objectives to achieve the strategic requirements, and achieved double harvest of social and economic benefits. The authors put forward that hospital must have a clear analysis of own advantages, development opportunities and challenges to build a regional medical center. The development without ideas or one - sided, hollow idea should be avoided; the hospital development equivalent regional medical center also should be avoided ; furthermore, the lack of predictability and forward - looking layout lead to passive follow suit and redundant construction should be avoided.
