摘要
对国产CT90连续管的微观组织进行了分析,并对其力学性能、耐蚀性等进行了研究。结果表明:CT90连续管组织为多边形铁素体+粒状贝氏体+M/A;M/A主要以岛状弥散分布,晶粒度13级。SEM和TEM组织分析表明:分布在铁素体晶界的粒状贝氏体由束状和岛状分布的M/A组元和微细铁素体构成。性能分析结果表明,国产CT90连续管具有良好的强塑性,屈服强度达到670 MPa,抗拉强度735 MPa,延伸率23.7%,硬度值均小于238 HV0.5,管体屈服扭矩为2 425.5 N.m,高出标准要求10%;挤毁强度为122.0 MPa,高出API RP 5C7标准要求36.7%,疲劳寿命较CT80连续管提高10%,且对HIC和SSCC均不敏感。
The microstructure of CTg0 coiled tubing produced by China domestic manufacturer was analyzed, the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were studied in this paper. The results showed that the microstructure consist of polygonal ferrite, granular bainate and M/A constituents, and the M/A constituents distribute dispersedly in the form of island,the grain size level is grade 13. The TEM and SEM results indicated that,granular bainate distributed at boundaries of ferrite grains, consist of banded/island M/A constituents and superfine ferrite. The performance analysis result showed that China domestic CT90 coiled tubing possesses a relatively good match of strength and plasticity,the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation respectively is 670 MPa, 735 MPa and 23.7%. The hardness value is lower than 238HV0.5 ,the yield torque is 2 425.5 N .re,which is higher than that in standard requirement by 10% ,the collapse strength is 122.0 MPa,which is higher than that in standard requirement by 36.7%, the fatigue life of CT90 coiled tubing is improved by 10%, and insensitive to HIC and SSCC.
