摘要
建立了一种快速、简单、准确的检测木薯(Manihot esculenta)中有机磷农药残留量的方法。应用超声波辅助萃取-氢火焰离子化气相色谱法(GC/FID)检测木薯中甲拌磷、特丁硫磷两种农药的残留量。甲拌磷与特丁硫磷的浓度为0.0~5.0μg/mL时的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为81.86%~84.32%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.51%~5.85%。该方法操作简便,能满足木薯中甲拌磷和特丁硫磷农药残留量的分析要求。
In order to establish a rapid, brief and accurate method to detect organophosphorus residues,uhrasound-assisted extraction was used in sample processing and GC/FID were used to detect phorate and terbufos in cassava. The concentration and peak area showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.0-5.0 μg/mL. Recovery of standard addition was 81.86%-84.32%, Relative standard deviations (RSD) were 4.51%-5.85%. The method was easy to operate, and satisfied the requirements of residues analysis.
