摘要
利用吸声材料降噪是重要的噪声控制手段。通过干混,以热熔胶粘结,将聚丙烯(PP)纤维模塑成层状,研究了纤维长度、密度及厚度对材料的吸声性能影响,并研究了PP纤维与聚氨酯(PU)泡沫复合双层结构的吸声性能。发现PP纤维具有良好的中低频吸声性能。在纤维长度为5mm,密度为0.51g/cm3,厚度为40mm条件下,材料平均吸声系数达到0.51。PP、PU的放置方式对材料的吸声性能影响较大,当PP纤维与PU泡沫厚度均为20mm且纤维层面对声源时,复合材料的吸声峰位于480Hz且吸声系数达0.86。本研究为实际应用中材料复合增强吸声性能提供参考。
Materials for sound absorption are a basic tool for noise control.Polyurethane(PU) foams are widely used in noise absorption but their low-and medium-frequency sound absorption capabilities are limited.Conversely,polypropylene(PP) fibers may have superior sound absorption performance at the low-and high-frequency regions but their high-frequency absorption is usually unsatisfactory.The present study aimed to improve the low-frequency sound absorption of PU foams by compositing with PP fibers.First,PP fiber felts were preparedby molding using hotmelt as the binder.The effects of fiber length,felt thickness and density on the sound absorption performance were examined and the optimum parameters were determined.Subsequently,the sound absorption properties of PP felt-polyurethane foam double-layer structures were investigated.The results showed that PP fiber felts have favorable sound absorption capabilities in medium-to-low frequency region.When the length of fiber is 5 mm,density of PP layer is 0.51 g/cm3 and the thickness is 40 mm,the average sound absorption coefficient of material is 0.51.The configuration of the PP-PU double-layer structure has a profound impact on its sound absorption properties.When the thickness of PP layer and PU foam are 20 mm,and PP layer face to the sound source,the peak of sound absorption has reached at 480 Hz and got the max coefficient about 0.86.These findings may provide reference information for the design of practical composite materials with enhancement of sound absorption properties.
