摘要
为研究贵州贵阳百花湖中多溴联苯醚(PBDEs)的含量、分布特征及来源,采用索氏抽提、多层硅胶氧化铝复合柱净化和GC-ECD检测,对百花湖表层底泥样品的PBDEs进行定量分析。结果表明:百花湖表层沉积物中ΣPBDEs为0.42~3.14ng/g(DW),在所有被分析的样品中,BDE-28和BDE-47为主要的同系物,占总量的23.65%和19.06%。结论:百花湖中PBDEs的污染处于较低水平。
A quantitative analysis on PBDEs in surface sediment of Baihua Lake was conducted based on soxhlet extraction,muhilayer silica and alumina column for clearing up and GC-ECD detection to know the content,distribution features and source of PBDEs in Baihua Lake of Guizhou Province. The results showed that the ∑PBDEs in Baihua Lake was 0.42-3. 14 ng/g(DW). The sample analysis showed that BDE-28 and BDE-47 were the dominant congeners, making up 23.65% and 19. 06% of the total content respectively. The pollution of PBDEs in Baihua Lake was in a low level.
