广西文化产业与文化消费供需协调增长目标(下)——1991~2011年实然分析与至2020年应然测算

摘要 从1991~2011年统计数据分析,认为广西城乡文化消费需求增长"十一五"期间年均增长幅度明显下降,与之相对应的广西人均积蓄处于逐年增长势头,两者之间呈现"负相关"关系。2010~2011年,广西人均文化消费逐年增长并持续较大幅度回升,而广西城乡人均积蓄年度增长出现较大幅度下降,两者之间的"负相关"关系显著。城乡文化消费需求体现出一种"积蓄增长负相关效应","十一五"期间广西城乡之间非文化消费增长的差距略有加大。文化产业的发展空间必须从不可或缺的"内生动力"中拓展出来,更需要落实在自身的"出发点和落脚点"之上。以扩大人民群众文化消费需求和促进城乡、区域均衡共享成为文化建设和文化产业未来十年发展的目标。 Through analysis of statistical data from 1991 to 2011, it' s believed that during the 20 years, the average annual growth demand of cultural consumption in urban and rural areas of Guangxi enjoyed an obvious decrease during the 1 lth Five-year Plan period compared with that in the 9th Five-year Plan period. However, the corresponding per capita savings in Guangxi increased year after year, thus demonstrating a "negative correlation". From 2010 to 2011, per capita cultural consumption in Guangxi increased year after year and recovered to a great extent, while annual growth in per capita savings in urban and rural areas of Guangxi decreased to a great extent, showing an obvious "negative correlation". Cultural consumption demand in urban and rural areas exhibited a "negative correlation effect with savings growth", while the difference in non-cultural consumption growth in urban and rural areas of Guangxi in- creased to some extent during the 11th Five-year Plan period. Development space of cultural industry must be expanded out of the indispensible "endogenous power", and be more practicable on its own "starting point and objective", taking expansion of cultural consumption demand of the masses and promotion of balanced sharing in urban and rural areas and among regions as the development objective of cultural construction and the cultural industry in the future ten years.
