摘要 通过利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,准确的模拟出芳烃联合装置歧化及烷基转移单元精馏塔的生产操作状况,为优化装置生产工艺提供较好的理论依据,缩短了装置的调整时间,降低了凭经验调整所带来的操作波动。应用该模拟软件,得出歧化及烷基转移单元汽提塔可实施降压操作的节能优化思路,对汽提塔实施降压操作,其分离效率得到提升,回流量降低,停运塔顶空气冷却器1台,节电22 kW.h/h,塔底再沸热源量降低7 t/h。 By using Aspen Plus process of disproportionation and transalkylation ical basis for optimizing plant production tion fluctuation bring by the empirically simulation software, the distillation column production operating conditions unit in aromatic combination plant were accurate simulated. A good theoret- process was provided. The plant adjustment time was shortened. The opera- adjustment was reduced. By application of the Aspen Plus process simula tion software, the energy-saving ideas that the stripper of the disproportionation and transalkylation unit can be implemented decompres- sion operation were conclude. Through the implementation of decompression on stripper, the separation efficiency of the stripper was im- proved, the back flow was reduced. One overhead air cooler was outaged. 22 kW h/h power was saved. The tower bottom reboiler heat source reduced 7 t/h.
