摘要
目的 :建立以高效液相色谱法测定安乃近的含量。方法 :以 C1 8为固定相 ,甲醇 :水 ( 80∶ 2 0 )为流动相 ,氨基比林为内标物 ,检测波长为 2 5 4m m,甲醇溶液及水溶液放置考察其稳定性。结果 :平均回收率± RSD为 10 0 .2 %± 0 .0 6 % ( n=6 ) ,安乃近在甲醇溶液中稳定 ,在水溶液中放置易氧化。结论 :方法简便 ,快速经济 。
Objective:HPLC determination of Analgin and its stability.Method:Using Aminoantiprine as internal standard, detection was at 254mm,column was C 18 ,mobile phase was methyl:H 2O(80∶20),the methyl solution and water solution was studied.Results:Average recovery was 100.2%±0.06%(X±RSD,n=6).Conclusion:the method is simple and specific and economic.
